Product Description
These dampers are made with an internal steel inertia ring that is surrounded by a high viscosity silicone gel. The internal inertia ring "floats" in the silicone gel to combat the engine harmonics at all RPM ranges. External balance applications feature a removable hub, in order to accurately blueprint the engine and balance the assembly. These products are available in black epoxy or polished steel with an epoxy clear coat.

This came with rust on it and packaged several years ago. The machining on the center bore was not perfectly round. I used a a heat gun and assembly lube no luck, I boiled it like they recommended, and that was a waste of time. I had to hone the bore and even then it was an absolute nightmare to install. Paint wasflaking and chipping out of the box with rust in the the three threaded holes it has. If I wasn’t in a position where my car was torn apart and i needed it installed I’d never have installed it on my car. This dampener is garbage unless your lucky and able to get it installed.A refund should be given just on principle alone. Save yourself the time and headache and spend a little more -5 stars.
