My new BYouCosy braided black leather belt came well packaged in a hard-lidded cardboard box wrapped in white heavy plastic. The smell of new leather emanated from the box when I opened it. There were no markings on the belt other than the number 36 on the leather in the buckle area and the embossed words “Made in China”. A leather BYouCosy tag hung from the buckle.Following the drop-down size-box recommendations, I ordered the 110cm suite waist size for my 36” waist. Wearing the belt on my hips to support blue jeans, the accommodating belt hole was about three inches from the male end. With higher-waisted dress pants, the belt fits with four inches remaining on its male end.I was impressed with the belt quality. Unlike braided belts of the past that stretched out of shape after inserting the buckle into the weave for purchase, this belt has dedicated buckle holes located about every ½” along its length. The woven black leather strands are thicker than other belts I’ve had giving the BYouCosy belt a quality heavy leather look. This braided leather belt is an outfit accessory that makes a quality statement greater than its price point indicates.This belt now has two days of use. It has done its job and still looks like new. The materials and build quality are good. As far as braided belts go, this one is interesting because the belt holes are part of the weave pattern. Other woven belts don't have holes and you have to shove the belt prong through the weave. This one is better. I anticipate a lot of years of use.As for appearance, the product picture is accurate. My shirt will be untucked when I wear this belt, for my use case the belt looks great.Great genuine quality leather and size fits as advertised.
