These are great. I bought two, and have made an order for two more. They are great for kids who are learning to swim and are at the point where they don't really need a life jacket in the pool but can't really swim on their own just yet. It gives my daughter the sense of freedom while keeping her safe. I wouldn't use this on a boat or as a life saving device (which is not what they are design for anyway). They adjust down pretty small and would fit an average sized 7 year old, and can be made big enough for most average adults. The shipping time was pretty quick, I think it took two weeks or so for the first two to come from China. Build is good and they work. My first order came with two blue ones, and the colour is nice. I can't comment on how the pink or yellow look.
