After a year this belt still looks like new and has great styling. I do not rate belts immediately because I frequenty find that they look good new but within a few months will start cracking or something else that makes them a waste of money. Not so with this one. A great value.made in Italy, good qualityGreat product!I love everything about this belt! The leather is thick and dense, yet soft and supple. It has an extremely sturdy feel without being at all stiff. I prefer belts like this, which are a solid piece of leather rather than having a lining stitched or glued to it, which makes the inside backing smooth but also stiffens the belt considerably. Normally belts without a lining have a rustic look about them and a rough interior, which I don't mind but they don't always work with formal clothing. This belt however is the smoothest, supplest most sophisticated looking belt I've ever owned. The craftsmanship is absolutely superb and it is worth every penny. I highly recommend it!The quality of this belt is excellent. It is black with tan on the underside of belt, and was made in Italy. This is a soft great looking genuine leather belt. The total length is 43.5 inches from the end of the buckle and the width is 1.25 inches. The stitching seems very good around the belt buckle. I am giving this item 5 stars in looks and quality. This belt could be worn as casual and/or dress . It’s a really nice belt. This is a very high quality belt. It is made of soft full grain leather. The detail is very nice and I would recommend this item. This belt has neither the polish nor finish that I would consider dressy, certainly not for a suit. If khakis and a polo are your scene, it's probably fine. That said, I've worn it with jeans for the last few months and it has held up reasonably well, especially for its pricepoint.Leather belts typically don't last very long, however, Trafalgar belts are made to last. More expensive but worth it because one can wear it for years and years without it coming apart or looking ragged. Really worth the extra cost. This belt is a bit wider than the other one that I have enjoyed or more than 10 years but appears to be of the same quality...
